Unofficial Fan Project#
Ben10Mod is an unofficial fan project. Ben 10 and related names, characters, logos, and other franchise material belong to their respective owners. Terraria and tModLoader likewise belong to their respective owners. Ben10Mod is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.
The Ben10Mod license applies only to material that DestroyerMob or Ben10Mod contributors have the right to license. It does not grant rights to third-party material. Public distribution of an asset does not grant addon authors permission to extract or reuse it.
Kenney UI Artwork#
Four interface images come from Kenney's UI Pack - Sci-Fi 2.0 and Crosshair Pack 1.1, released under CC0 1.0 Universal.
The original images are unchanged and use in-game tinting and scaling. Original notices accompany the packaged artwork as UI-Pack-Sci-Fi.LICENSE.txt and Crosshair-Pack.LICENSE.txt. These four assets retain their CC0 terms; Ben10Mod's restrictions on reuse of its own materials do not apply to them. Credit does not imply Kenney's endorsement.
tModLoader#
Ben10Mod shaders use parameters and conventions documented in the official tModLoader Expert Shader Guide. tModLoader material remains subject to the tModLoader project's terms. Ben10Mod-specific shader behavior is covered by the Ben10Mod license only to the extent its contributors have the right to license it.
